The service

Sell My Rolex buys pre-owned Rolex watches directly from owners. Requesting a valuation is free and places you under no obligation to sell.

Valuations

Our team writes each valuation based on the details and photos you provide. A valuation is not a final purchase offer: any purchase is subject to inspection of the watch and agreement between you and our team.

We may ask for more information or photos, and we may decline to make an offer.

Your information

You confirm that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you own the watch or are authorised to sell it. You may choose “Not sure” wherever the form offers it.

Payment

If a purchase is agreed, payment is made within 24 hours after inspection and agreement. Payment details are confirmed with you before anything is agreed.

Communications

By requesting a valuation you agree that our team may contact you about it by WhatsApp, phone or email. This includes reminders about your request; reply STOP at any time to stop them.

Independence and trademarks

Sell My Rolex is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Rolex SA. Rolex and model names are trademarks of their owner and are used only to describe the watches we buy.

We may update these terms. The version date above shows the latest update.
