Who we are

Sell My Rolex is an independent watch buyer based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We are not affiliated with Rolex SA. You can reach us on WhatsApp at +971 50 590 9970.

What we collect

• Contact details you give us: your name, WhatsApp number and email address.
• Details about your watch: model or reference, year, condition, history, box and papers, where it was bought, optional expected price, notes and photos.
• Messages you exchange with our team by WhatsApp or email.
• Technical information: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed and how you arrived (for example a campaign link), as allowed by your privacy choices.

How we use it

• To prepare and send your free valuation, contact you about it, arrange inspection and, if you agree, complete a purchase.
• To keep the service secure and prevent abuse.
• To understand and improve the website, and to measure our advertising, according to your privacy choices.
• To send reminders and updates about your valuation request. You can stop them at any time by replying STOP, with the unsubscribe link in our emails, or in “Privacy choices”.

Your photos

Photos are stored privately and are seen only by our team to prepare your valuation. We remove location data from the copies we store. Please cover personal details on warranty cards or receipts before taking photos.

Who we share it with

• Service providers that run the service on our behalf: website hosting, database and file storage, email delivery and WhatsApp messaging.
• When analytics or advertising measurement is allowed: Google, Meta, TikTok and Snap receive measurement events. Contact details sent for ad measurement are hashed first.
• We do not sell your personal information.

Your choices

Use “Privacy choices” in the footer to change analytics and advertising settings. To access, correct or delete your information, or to withdraw a request, contact us on WhatsApp.

How long we keep it

We keep valuation requests and correspondence for as long as needed to provide the service and meet our legal and business obligations. A detailed retention schedule will be published with the final notice.
