Do the stickers need to be on?
No. Tell us whether they are and add photos. Unworn watches are welcome with or without their stickers.
Will you contact the shop where I bought it?
No. We never contact your retailer. Where you bought the watch only helps our team value it.
Is the valuation free? Do I have to sell?
Yes, it’s free, and you don’t have to sell. You can ask just to know what your watch is worth.
How quickly will I hear back?

How do you decide the price?
A specialist looks at the reference, condition, polishing, box and papers, service history and current demand. Photos make the valuation more accurate.
Is the valuation the final price?
No. It is based on your details and photos. We confirm the final price with you before you agree, and you can still say no.
When and how will I be paid?
Within 24 hours of agreement. If you decide to sell, we inspect the watch and agree the final price and payment method with you, then pay within 24 hours of that agreement.
What do I need to sell?
A valid Emirates ID or passport, and the box and papers if you have them.
Can I sell a Rolex I inherited or was given?
Yes, you can request a valuation. Choose “Gift or inheritance” when the form asks where it was bought. You don’t need the reference: add photos of the dial and case back and our team will identify it.
Can I sell without the box or papers?
You can request a valuation without them. Box and papers affect the price, and our team reviews each watch individually.
My watch is polished, serviced, damaged or modified. Can I still sell it?
You can request a valuation. Describe the condition and any changes, and our team will assess it.
Who sees my photos and details?
Only our team, to prepare your valuation. We don’t list your watch or share your details with other dealers. Please cover personal details on papers before taking photos.
I’m outside Dubai or the UAE. Can I still sell?
You can send a request from anywhere. We’re based in Dubai and will discuss the options with you.
